721 – Allegedly
This week’s episode allegedly features the whole crew and we allegedly discuss back to back wins WSW allegedly had. We also answer some questions that allegedly were sent to us. Also, did you know that Western Sydney Wanderers won the Asian Champions League in 2014, allegedly? Apparently it’s an alleged unknown fact.
This is Around the Bloc. Allegedly.

S03E27: Out Of Our Misery
That’s it for another season – there were tough times, injuries, bust-ups, people turning on each other, swearing at each other, people leaving due to poor conditions… and that’s just the podcast.
The team finished on a bitter-sweet note however, winning against Guangzhou but losing out to yet another injury time winner which just happened to be at another game in another country. Now, more than ever, we look forward to the off season, until a month down the track when we all miss the A-League and want it to come back.
But that’s football, and this is Around the Bloc.

S03E20: For Nato
Each week, we talk about our chances against our opposition, and each week this year, bar one or two, we’ve been let down. ATBFeedback this week asks the question – should we use the rest of this season to roll the dice with our youth players, rather than tire our first team out even more? We’ve got 2 games in 3 days so is now as good a time as any to take the pressure off our increasingly fatigued seniors?
We also talk about our recent losses against Brisbane and Guangzhou, but unlike our controversy-laden Champions League game, we go far more than 17 minutes overtime.

S03E19: Admit None
It was a bittersweet week for us Wanderers fans. First we scored three and won, then we scored another three and lost. Then we had chorizo, then we had the ACL ticketing fiasco – it’s been a hell of a roller coaster. On another note, with Bulut firing, the immediate future is looking slightly more positive, but what about the long term?
We discuss this at length and so much more on this episode of Around the Bloc
