S05E21: Harry Popa

AKA Harry Popa and the Philosophy’s Stuffed

The game this week didn’t provide a whole lot of talking points (at least none that haven’t been discussed to within an inch, or centimetre, of their lives) so we went all Q and A – ATB Style. Thanks to everyone for your questions!

S04E25: Shoulda, Coulda, Didn’t

A third draw in three games against Adelaide saw us head back, somewhat surprisingly, to the top of the table. It’s up to us to stay there now and the first step is Melbourne Victory, where we’ll hope to make it a Good Friday.

In other news, the team discusses important things like fair weather fans, how good they are compared to other pundits, and the best places to go pantsless. One of those places is right here, on Around the Bloc.

S04E03: Romeo, Thou Can’t Even

The Wanderers comfortably dominated a game for the first time in recent memory yet still only came away with a point, which leads into the Sydney Derby where we haven’t come away with any points in quite some time.

Refreshingly, the focus this week is on how bad our attack is, rather than our defence, and the boys fill us in on their favourite traditions (which unsurprisingly revolve around football and food).

S03E18: A New Hope

A massive show this week – Alan Mtashar guest hosts as we hope to see the Champions Strike Back and we see the Return of the Derby, We review the loss against Adelaide, where it was Hoth as hell, and Chewie the fat about what went right and what went wrong, as the Wanderers endor one of their darthest periods. Finally, we take a luke at your ATBFeedback, leia’m all out on the table and saber some of the best responses.

May the force be with you – because it certainly isn’t with your football team. This is Around the Bloc.

S02E15: Prodigal Podcast

The Wanderers went to the City of Churches, praying for a win. Popa put a team on the pitch that had some fans asking ‘why have you forsaken me?’. And would you Adam-and-Eve it? We came away with another loss. It was the RBB’s tour of duty though, and the quality of the active support is a testament to the travelling fans.

In other news, Shinji Ono is leaving the club, unlikely to return in 3 days, the W-League and Youth League teams struggle through their matches, although neither are crucified as much as Speccy is when we confront him about his ‘Prodigal Son’ call from last week.

In the name of the Iván, the Turner, the Brendan and Steve, this is Around the Bloc.
